With the high number of personal injury cases that I see coming through my office, I like to give advice on how to avoid injury while you are at your job, performing strenuous tasks or during exercise.  There are often very minor guidelines to follow that can prevent very major injuries and treatment.  I found an interesting article that I think conveys some great advice to those prone to back injuries.
